Dr. Chopra is just horrible. He came looked at my injury. He didn’t explain anything to me. He looked at me, didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He just walked out of the room, and had the nurse explain to me about what was happening. I was livid when I left because nothing was addressed and he sent me back to full duty. No MRI or anything. Appointment was at 8:15 and I was told I’d be the first to get seen. Didn’t get seen till a little after 9 🤦♀️
Awful service. Doctors will stand around talking about their weekend plans while making patients wait. No better than any other part of Trinity. We deserve a better Hospital in the Ohio Valley.
