Called and talked to Tina on the phone about some paperwork I had dropped off a week ago for a needle stick injury claim. She was very nasty and patronizing, and had very poor bedside manner, especially for working at a hospital. She sat there and laughed at me when I told her I didn’t know what to do. Dr. Chopra is just horrible. He came looked at my injury. He didn’t explain anything to me. He looked at me, didn’t listen to what I was trying to explain to him. He just walked out of the room, and had the nurse explain to me about what was happening. I was livid when I left because nothing was addressed and he sent me back to full duty. No MRI or anything. Appointment was at 8:15 and I was told I’d be the first to get seen. Didn’t get seen till a little after 9 🤦♀️
