RecommendedKerri has helped me so much with all kinds of issues I’ve had. I had some lower back pain and with just 1 stretching session , I no longer feel any discomfort at all. We are now starting to work on plantar fasciitis. I have no doubt she will be able to help with that as well. Kerri is so knowledgeable and can just read a persons body and know what’s needed to help. I would never consider going anywhere else. She’s the best!! Now if she could do something about my love life ..... lol

I want 2 give a shout out to Kerri of Trinity Wellness Orthopedic & Sports Massage for her assistance in my recovery for my Double ½ marathons. I ran a 5k & ½ marathon on NYE. Upon completion of those 2 runs (no training) my body was in BAD shape. Kerri provided me some IDLife Post & hydrate products & overnight I was in great shape to complete another 5k & ½ marathon on New Years Day. Kerri is simply wonderful. She has helped me on numerous occasions to relieve severe stress related pain. I can't recommend her enough. The fact that she's a lovely human being is a bonus. Go see her - you will greatly benefit from her massage expertise.
Our family loves going here! Not only do I have range of motion in my shoulder after 10 years of very weak and limited ROM, my son has improved his running time with some sports-focused work done here! Love it!
Kerri has healing Hands! I was training for my first marathon and was having difficulty with my left calf. It hurt all of the time in a spot from a previous injury. It hurt so much that it often interfered with my training. Five weeks out from my marathon I booked a weekly appointment to see Kerri.
