My husband there yesterday and they are the rudest personnel ever. I couldn’t go in with him to help him understand their ploys to overcharge Humana customers. They assisted him to get a pair of glasses completely opposite of what he has always worn even though he had his old pair with him. Even after our “Humana discount” the glasses were $409.
