I had them come out to fix a cleaner pump on my pool they were totally unprofessional. The tech came with a attitude it was close to quitting time so he really didn't want to do anything so he started to make excuses.This company was chosen by my home warranty.So the tech left . They were called back out by the Home warranty on 12/30/19. This company is absolutely unparalleled. Their level of professionalism and expertise couldn't be better. Staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and very responsive to the needs of their customers. We purchase all our pool supplies there and have had them repair our pump and vacuum. Not only did they do a wonderful job, but they took the time to explain what went wrong and offered tips for preventative maintenance. Trinity Pools is top notch! From the time we asked for a bid on a pool, to having the pool built and the customer service and support after the pools was completed; all I can say is that Trinity Pools provides is the BEST built pools in the business. They would call us on each step of the building process and inform us when the crew would be there. Trinity Valley Pools built our pool in 2002, so we have done business with Paul and his staff for 15 years. We have always been treated friendly and respectfully the entire time. The building of the pool was a great experience and the little changes they recommended have been thoroughly enjoyed.
