Poor Customer Service I own a Trinity Blast Cabinet and when I needed a part I called custoemr service. They shipped me the wrong part which costed me more for the shipping then the part was worth and refused to credit me for their error. I was told I would have to return the part (which would cost more shipping) and they would not credit me for the shipping on either side.
