I met Dawn at a Thanksgiving luncheon we were both invited to and I took the opportunity to request her team to handle both the purchase of our new home and sale of our old. We closed on our home on 27 March, the circumstances being dire due to covid were understandable. However, the unprofessionalism and lack of funding as well as additional cost that old republic has cost me as a seller is ridiculous. It’s 30 March 2020 at 1530 pm and they have yet to fund my home, and took our keys etc. as stated the 27th.. the lack of communication and when we called being told people are working from home and we must email, and these people not responding. I ***LOVE*** Old Republic Title. Everyone I've met and worked with is fabulous. Dawn and Jennifer do so much to help me close on time (order HOA docs, survey) and send me and the seller regular updates on what's needed. I can't say enough - working with OLD REPUBLIC makes me look like a super star REALTOR.

Short Version: Any future closing(s) will be with Suzette Keller’s team at Old Republic Title. Long Version: You don’t know how great the service you had until you have experienced BAD service. Suzette’s team (Heather was another person that want to mention) was awesome. They kept everyone in the loop and warned us of potential delays and issues we need to contend with long BEFORE required.
