Went to Trinity mainly because they were in my neighborhood and I am happy I did. Great service, attention to detail, and tax advice were all strong points. Also various payment options really helped with my budget. It was a pleasure working with them. And I will continue to do so.

A truly terrible place to get your taxes done. On April 14th, 2025—one of the busiest days of the tax season—there was only one person working there. He clearly didn’t care how many clients were waiting. After finishing each client’s taxes, he would walk them out to their car and chat for an extended time, leaving the rest of us waiting unnecessarily. Totally unprofessional and disrespectful.
