My son Special Olympics powerlifting team trains here . Everyone is very helpful and encouraging.
You'll never find a gym with more professional and educated staff. The owners are both professionals with hands on experience in the areas of lifting, strength training and bodybuilding. This is not an ordinary 'bro shop". This is a business that has family of all ages and BTW, they make all customers feel like family.
