Went out of my way to speak to these people and they turned around and completely ignored me. Told me they would come and fix the staircase, and it’s been over three weeks. Terrible. This is not quality and should have immediately been fixed. I can’t open my front door without getting hit, as the post is too high. The railing at the end was chopped off as a quick solution.
