In July 2024, we had a representative come to our home to assess our property for solar installation. The evaluation took about two hours, during which they took photos of our breaker boxes, property, and meters. Initially, the communication was responsive and professional, but that quickly changed. I was very impressed with our sales associate Zach Wagner. He is very knowledgeable about the solar sector and walked with us the entire process. We had some hiccups with installation process but it was all worth it in the end.
Very pleased with my Trinity Solar installation. I worked with Zach Wagner who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I was initially skeptical and over the course or two months I met with Zach several times. In any major purchase it is important to understand the terms and conditions of the agreement.
