I found the salesperson to be pushy and unprofessional, not taking no for an answer and refusing to end the conversation.
Not much savings as promised
After talking at length about the program, my husband and I decided that it wasn't for us at this time. This review is for the young man, Jake (Jacob on his badge) who visited our home to set up an appointment. He was professional and pleasant. Jake is a young man in his early 20's and was a pleasure to talk with; he was well trained but it was obvious he was raised to be the mature young man he showed himself to be.
To whom may concern I just signed up to have solar installed on my house and you guys need to make sure sales associates explains everything in writing I signed up with Sneyers, Robert and that was the worst experience I ever had He never explain anything the way it should and promising customers with stuff and it never happened I would like to talk to someone who ever care to help me with my situation I tried so many times contacting corporate and have no help either RJ the only answer I get looks like “this is what it is “
