Rude and zero basic human decency.
Had my 1st microshading appointment. Very Professional, clean and knowledgeable about the whole process. I love my brows. Thanks Trinity Rose!
I rated her a 2 for no other reason than my brows not being completed nor did she want to give me a partial refund. She did the first brows appt back in May 2019 and up until last night (Nov 3ed) I was still waiting for the touch up appt. I did, however make the mistake in paying in full. Had I known I would be waiting 6 months for the touch up and then not at all, it would have made a huge different. Word of advice don't pay for the full service until after the touch up. Highly unprofessional.
