I think I have the correct company who got my entire roof replaced in 2018 not long after i bought the house.. I was very please with their professionalism.. They were looking for people that had issues with therir present roof and they would call the insurance company and took care of all of that.. They were not pushy at all and let me take my time to decide.This was in 2018. I had a few shingles blow off during the strong winds last week while I was out of town. I may be needing to call them. Our roof is leaking and we have made more than several attempts to call you as we are still under warranity. Can NOT get a call back. Our insurance company ( who paid you) said to call them back if you gave us ANY trouble. WE WILL CALL THEM FIRST THING IN THE MORNINGL as well as BBB.

I had a roof installed in Dec 2017 and bought the lifetime extended warranty from this company for $299. As of the date of this review, I have yet to receive either my warranty or my money back. After a call to GAF, the shingle manufacturer, in August, I find out that my warranty paperwork has not yet been submitted, 8 months after the work was completed and paid for.
