Trinity Resort Services is a money laundering service to help unscrupulous Mexican condo companies such as ******** ******* scam innocent tourists. When they say they are a third-party service provider it means they are a money launderer. Based on the number of complaints and low customer rating I'm shocked this company is still allowed to operate in the US, especially when they appear to be aligned with fraudsters in Mexico preying on tourists. My wife and I, like others who filed a complaint were foolish enough to purchase what was guaranteed to be fractional ownership at Vallarta Gardens in Puerta Vallarta with income to be received by depositing our purchased weeks into Allianz Marketing Strategies company. Grand Solmar and trinity resorts are a scam I am writing my complaint as to trinity services as they manage Grand Solmar. My name is J ****on 2/13/2021 I was on vacation with my husband for our anniversary. We were approached at the airport to come to a discounted massage $100 for 2 ppl and a free breakfast. 0 Stars for this business I got a notice to pay my maintenance fee before Oct for 2021 and they . They do not answer their phones. They handle maintenance fees for the Grand Solmar. The number they provided gets me no where as there is only a robo person and thats it. No answer and no callback. I have called at least 12 times so now I am reluctant to send my check to them and not sure what the charge is. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. The Grand Solmar Resdort is also of no help. I am going to just drop my timeshare
