I was told that if you can't say anything good about someone (in this case Trinity Renault service department) then don't say anything. Review over. I can't really leave it at that though. I am not referring to the mechanics at T.R but rather the buffer department that sits between the customer and the mechanics. These guys, or at least the one I dealt with, appear to have no idea about the meaning of service in any of it's manifestations. Certainly not customer service. I bought a Renault Trafic with Clinton and I certainly wasn't the easiest customer with; from arranging a test drive with short notice and dealership looking after my dogs, finding MY Renault Van I was specifically looking for, given a specific timeframe needed by and then organising my trade in AND ALL from 400kms away! I have been calling Trinity Renault Cairns Service Department for two days straight and can't get through,I have left a message that hasn't been returned . I wouldn't take a wheelbarrow with a flat tyre to be diagnosed or buy so much as a Little Tree Car Scent off them.
Just picked up my wife's new Suzuki Vitara . Thanks to Clinton for all the help he made the process smooth and easy . The professionalism he showed was above and beyond . Highly recommend buying a car of him . Thanks to all other staff involved during the process . We will see you again
