We crossed the river to come to this ER after having SEVERAL awful experiences on Iowa side and was very impressed!!! They weren't super busy and got us to the back quick. We will definitely be using this ER from now on!!!
Went there for bad pain on my right side got cat scan done ALOT of bloodwork the phlebotomist blew 3 veins trying to get blood before another nurse came in and used the ultrasound michine worked on the 1st try imagine that they dress like they just woke up from bed and came into. Work no scrubs just tshirts hair not brushed very unprofessional the 3rd shift doctor was very nice only seen him 1 time for 3 mins couldn't even come in a tell me there changing shifts and a new doc would be in to see me the new doc comes in dont e... read more
Went in with my fiancé last night experiencing chest pain and difficulting breathing. They only provided an EKG, vitals, and chest Xray but provided no known results or help whatsoever. Terrible service. Waited over 6 hours. Absolutely so disappointed and frustrating!
If I could put a 0 star I would. Very unprofessional. Waited 3 hours in the waiting room . Many people came in after my husband and all of them people were seen first, despite a high fever , chest pains and shortness of breath..would not recommend at all!!.
Been here since 10:15 pm and it's 5:15. This is the slowest facility I have ever been in The crazy part is I feel as if I have been completely forgotten and no one cares.
