Ive been living in the same apartment complex for 12 years. Trinity Management bought the place and made me get rid of my grill immediately. I understand that it had to be done for insurance purposes but the supervisor was incredibly rude! She never introduced herself to me and immediately started arguing with me. HORRIBLE SERVICE I went in to sign my lease and the lady who claimed to be “in charge” her name is Rania was extremely rude, and I can only assume biased, because she immediately acted like she didn’t want to give me the apartment after I arrived, even though when we spoke earlier she seemed fine. From the moment we walked in, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Lousy Mangt co. Don’t use them. Don’t send maintaince people out when you need them. Not good when it’s illegal requirements. Don’t even have emergency or weekend phone numbers for these people. The property owners are doing themselves a disservice when they chose this co. Not just for us the tenants but because we’ll have to place calls to owners now to handle. But we had no choice when they changed companies.
