Horrible very unprofessional company took off work to see a listing & no show then told me to put the code in to get key codes didnt work no follow up they guy name is BERTO dont waist your time property was also not maintenance well
We have been trying to get in contact with Trinity Management Group to turn off a beeping fire alarm. They were very rude, unhelpful and even after 5 days, after giving 24 hours notice to enter a vacant property (no one lives there currently) they have still not fixed the issue. We are losing sleep and all neighbors around their property are rightfully very frustrated. I would do whatever you can to not have to deal with them. Looking at contacting the city currently. Avoid at all costs!!!
If I could, I would give zero stars. You should never ever consider leasing with this company.

This is hands down the worst property management company I’ve ever dealt with. The leasing agent, Paola, is shockingly unorganized and completely unprofessional. The listings are misleading—advertising parking where there is none, then claiming no parking where there actually is. Basic information is constantly wrong.
