Lots of business names for wes besemer from trinity property management to local properties to trinity homes & investments. Not sure why someone would need to have so many names. Either way, none of them are BBB accredited. Their business practices were so bad we wanted to file a complaint with BBB. Not really sure just how much experience wes has working on his own, since he worked under Tyler Brown of trinity homes and investment since at least until 2020. My experience with Wes and Tiffany at Trinity over the past four years has been outstanding. They are not only highly professional and incredibly responsive, but they are also genuinely kind and approachable. Their extensive knowledge of the market, combined with their friendly and attentive approach, has made working with them a seamless and enjoyable experience. I truly appreciate their dedication to professionalism.
Wes is completely unprofessional and rude. Came to tour one of Trinity Property Management's home. Another individual was there and he was making a deal about the home we were both viewing at the same time. When I inquired about viewing other parts of the home, he stated "I dont feel comfortable doing that." I am of mixed race so the only thing that comes to mind is straight up passive aggressive racism. I would do business with him.
