Wes at Trinity Management is a professional and transparent property manager. We have loved working with him over the past 2 years renting our property in Cardiff. Lots of business names for wes besemer from trinity property management to local properties to trinity homes & investments. Not sure why someone would need to have so many names. Either way, none of them are BBB accredited. Their business practices were so bad we wanted to file a complaint with BBB. Not really sure just how much experience wes has working on his own, since he worked under Tyler Brown of trinity homes and investment since at least until 2020.
