Wes is completely unprofessional and rude. Came to tour one of Trinity Property Management's home. Another individual was there and he was making a deal about the home we were both viewing at the same time. When I inquired about viewing other parts of the home, he stated "I dont feel comfortable doing that." I am of mixed race so the only thing that comes to mind is straight up passive aggressive racism. I would do business with him. Shady management company with poor communication skills. If you’re looking to be aggressive in the current rental market, good luck with these guys because it takes days to get a response and they don’t prioritize inquiries fairly. I had been trying to put in an application and put down a deposit on a place within MINUTES of it listing and was told I could do that process after touring.
