I bought a pre construction house from Trinity Point and it is by far the best house I’ve bought to date. This is not said lightly as I have bought many homes from the 5 families and this was the most well built one to date. This isn’t just me, it’s the first time a mortgage appraiser came and valued my house significantly higher than my purchase price. I have to make sure this isn’t the number the tax man uses now.
