Awful client service and very arrogant dispatcher. I would advise any strata to steer clear of this business buy all means.
Was in Chilliwack going through a roundabout when one of their Nissan vans believe it was unit 27 was going through the roundabout didn't understand how it worked and cut me off when he had a lane to himself. Then when I came up next to him he started yelling obscenities like I was in the wrong when he cut me off. Seem to be an older gentleman driving, perhaps he was not familiar with how to use a roundabout
The plumber, Chris from Newfoundland, from Trinity PHG who came out to fix our blocked tub on a Sunday night of a holiday weekend arrived promptly, kept us abreast of the issue he was fixing, made helpful suggestions about products we can use to maintain our sinks and tub and was efficient and extremely personable! I give Chris and Trinity HPG 5 stars!
