This company was assigned to me thru my home warranty company. I originally got an appointment time frame window from 11am - 3pm est. The company then text me narrowing the time down to 11:30-12pm. I work from home and was anticipating their arrival in that time frame. I got a text at 10am saying technician was on the way. I saw it about 8 minutes after it was sent. This company was assigned by my home warranty provider. They never answered the phone when I called to confirm service and switched my appointment three times further delaying service. They sent the home warranty provider to their voice-mail as well. I could've received service from another company while waiting on them and now have to have my claim reassigned while wasting more time. I would not recommend them at all.
