Trinity's mission statement says "Striving to deliver great customer care consistently" This is 100% a LIE. I applied and got approved. After I wanted to add my partner which Teri Woodworth she stated that I was not able to add my partner after the contract was signed. I asked her to please escalate the case and she said "your partner did not qualify, period". That is a very unprofessional reaction.
