Boonie is a fair office manger. Quiet and clean property.
I moved into trinity Place Apartments in 2021. First 2 days were alright. Even tho every time you walk out your front door you got greeted by a strong dog mess smell. There are stray cats that carry dumpster trash all over the place. There are no dog stations. The pool is constantly filled with stale water and bugs. All apartments are roach infested no matter how clean you are. The maintenance man never does his job. EVER. Then they try to charge you for the problems that they never come to fix.
