It's 2 stars because of several things. 1. There are about 6 washers and 8 dryers in the laundry room. Only one washer works, and 2 dryers. I've lived here a year almost and they haven't been fixed. They have, however, decided to pay to fill the pool in with dirt and, pull up, and replace, a few of the sidewalk segments. And that's all I can think of atm. 2. I mean it's affordable but it's run down need to be updated.
Took them 2 years to fix a toilet, manager Bonnie Hess gets drunk outside of her home and starts fights with her tenants. Very unprofessional lady. Roaches everywhere its like the bug spray they use attracts more.. dont move here. You will regret it.
Apartments are very quiet, clean, and affordable. The neighbors are very quiet as well. Ms. Bonnie the apartment manager has been very helpful and kind! Overall a wonderful place to live in and I love the Conoco right by my place it’s so convenient, the workers are so nice!
