He was very helpful in helping me identify and explain my bee problem.
As others have said, it is great that they can come out same day or next day in an emergency. However, we were quite disappointed that their chemicals left stains on the siding in numerous places. When pointed out, we were told what product to buy to use to clean it ourselves. Which ultimately did not work and we've asked numerous other contractors about it since.
