I called the office to try and figure out a late fee issue that I had. Whether it was a matter for the office or their third party rent service, not sure, but I was trying to figure it out. One agent told me to call and speak to the manager that she could fix my issue, the other agent now was telling me I couldn’t speak to her I had to email and that it wasn’t a manager issue. Don't do it!
Lots of bugs, they also charged us $500 a month for our AC unit because their AC system broke. And yes it was Trinity.
Good luck getting in contact with anyone. They really go out of their way to NOT get your business.
