The lack of communication from management is very unprofessional. When you try and talk to management they don’t have a clue as to what they are doing and will give you the run around. I’ve brought my concerns to their attention several time about kids yes kids running around un attended past midnight. I’ve had to call the cops over noise complaints as the neighbors are disrespectful of other around them.

I called the office to try and figure out a late fee issue that I had. Whether it was a matter for the office or their third party rent service, not sure, but I was trying to figure it out. One agent told me to call and speak to the manager that she could fix my issue, the other agent now was telling me I couldn’t speak to her I had to email and that it wasn’t a manager issue.
