This place is nothing but a bunch of raggedy houses, the whole neighborhood its criminal activity and deaths, I wish my parents would have never brought a home in this community worst mistake they ever made for themselves.
Stayed in 9609 section for around 4 years. The property Manager stayed on top of everything to ensure our Comfort and keeping us safe. Never had to ask about the Scheduled Maintenance once. The Property stayed Clean. It felt like extended family when it came to Tomeka and my neighbors.
I have friends and family that live here. It is roach infested beyond words. Roaches coming out of the vents and drains. They spray but it doesn't work. ITS JUST AWFUL!!! Then they have the AUDACITY to go up on the rent. NOBODY should live in these conditions, no matter how much the rent is.
