I can say from experience you won’t find a more attentive , caring , kind , and swift property manager than Tamiko Ferrell. I ve been in Trinity Park for many years. Any issues I ve had she’s handled swiftly. She’s kept it quiet and comfortable to the best of her ability.
I would like to take a moment to share my walk around the complex this morning. Tameko Ferrell continues to do a great job maintaining the property. That which has always looked good is looking better! Currently we are going through a metamorphosis and like spring blooming so is our complex, with power washing and freshly painted it doors. Property is well maintained, I've been here since August 2025. I haven't had any problems with any request made for fixing a problem which has been only one. Property manager is very attentive in making sure that this is a safe community . We recently had an upgrade to the laundry room, pressure washing and exterior painting, all these things adding to our quality of living here. Thank you Tamiko, you are appreciated
Tamiko Ferrell has been an exceptional property manager at Trinity Park. She is professional, responsive, and truly cares about the residents and the community. What I appreciate most about Tameko is that she is completely no-nonsense—she keeps the community running smoothly, addresses issues directly, and doesn't cut corners.
