I love this place n the staff thanks for all that u do
The people were very rude and disrespectful. No real bedside manners. After the procedure my husband had he came out very mad and disappointed in the service. Nobody gave us instructions on what to do after the procedure didn't explain what to do before the procedure. All in all did not inform very well on anything. No communication at all
I was referred to them because they take my insurance. After having to be buzzed to get in I had to wait like forever I was called but only after having to fill out about a ream of paperwork I was talked to by two nurses that I had to keep asking them to talk louder. First one doctor came in talked in doctor language then seen by doctor number 2. He talked about 3 minutes and walked out. I told him my usual doctor moved to Weatherford so had to find a new one and to get refills on my meds since I couldn't find the new number... read more
I enjoyed my stay as professionals went about their activities. Especially Dr Classen and his assistance, Can’t remember all their names but here is a few. Mark, anastesiologist, Colleen, I’ve prep, Anita, book keeper and appointment manager, many more that were extremely kind. Especially Dr Classens wife who wrapped my cold feet in a warm blanket. Just an overall wonderful experience,
