I have charcot Marie tooth and recently moved to Tennessee from Florida. I was on my third pair of afo's and needed new ones. I had to ask around for awhile and finally found my place. It is family operated and they knew exactly what I needed. They took their time with me and I did not wait long at all. I had custom afo's made for me. I found out that this is family owner/operated since 2017. Waiting room was clean and not much of a wait. Very smart staff. Would definitely recommend you to go here with orthotics needed. Thanks yall!!
Stay away from this place. The inital visit seemed to be professional, however... They took forever to process my insurance pre-approval. The office help was disorginized and took a long time to process paperwork. Communication with the patient is almost non existent. I was very detailed about my needs but they did not provide what my doctor had ordered and were very rude about it.
Just picked up 4 different shoes that they fixed for me. Fit great! I was in a car wreck in 2015 and my right foot was badly damaged. This place has taken care of me! Thanks
They were very professional with my husband and were friendly and took their time to explain everything. We highly recommend them
