While I would probably give a 4 out of 5 if I were being honest, they do not deserve a 1 out of 5 at all. Thus, I am giving a 5 out of 5 to balance it out. Dr. Kjeldgaard and his staff were knowledgeable, and he did a good job on my tailbone surgery. I feel much better two years later! My only slight complaint, hence why I would give a 4 out of 5, if they did not explain things very well. Well my wife was referred to these doctors by another doctor. They called this morning to speak with her. The call started out ok but when she told them that her injury is from an old car wreck; they told her that won't any doctor here in Fort Worth see her. This is very disturbing. Guess since they won't be able to upcharge, they won't see her. All I can say is pathetic.
