Staff was nice super nice and fast with seeing you front desk was super helpful as well
Everyone at Dr. Reyna’s office is exceptionally professional, but their customer service and friendliness truly set them apart. Tye, in particular, made me feel at ease and provided comfort and encouragement throughout my triage. I highly recommend seeking Dr. Reyna’s medical expertise.
Listen, I walked (well, limped dramatically) into Texas Bone and Joint thinking my skeleton was plotting against me. But then—enter the dream team: Dr. Hansen, Tye, and the Front Desk Queens. First off, the front desk ladies deserve a medal—or at least a lifetime supply of Starbucks—for dealing with people like me who can’t remember the date or correct time for appointments.
