Very difficult to get in touch with this office. Never answering phone. Was put on hold for an hour and they just forgot I was even there.
Would be great if they ever answered the phone. Would not recommend working with this place.
Honestly extremely frustrating experience. Had an emergency referral sent on Thursday October 17th, I had it confirmed by a call back from my Dentist it was sent. I was given instructions to call back on the 18th, I called back the following Monday the 21st with no answer. I called again the 22nd and got an answer, the first woman told me they needed at least a week because she couldn’t see my referral anywhere.
