Excellent customer service with mostly no wait time.
The store opened as medical in 2015 an open for recreational in 2021. Opens early in the morning and open into the evening and is my favorite place to stop in to pick up some medical cannabis
Been coming for 6 years..just can't do it . it's like they don't even care anymore...2 people in line takes ten minutes..because of constant talking with employees.Allowing people to order at counter not prioritizing preorders...not even asking at door if you if you have one.Id rather pay higher tax and more for product than have to wait..This time Dead still took ten minute, last time dead 30 mins time before that 1 hour for 15 customers. Smfh
Love this place but the prices are crazy and illinois taxes are ridiculous
