Rhonda has been absolutely great. You can really tell she cares about the residents and the property. I've loved seeing all the renovations happening in the apartments and around the community, it's made such a positive difference.
A wonderful place to live! New ownership has really made improvements to the property!
CAUTION ⚠️ ⚠️ BED BUG INFESTATION!!! These apartments have a infestation that the manager has acknowledged and refuses to take action. These apartments are primarily low income, elderly individuals that do not have the means nor the physical capability to take care of this issue. This issue has been ignored and is far gone that these apartments need to be condemned. The BED BUGS are literally crawling everywhere. The state is being contacted!!!
