The name is now ****** Apartment Homes. I have lived here for 14 months, and my rent has been paid on time. I'm not sure if someone new moved in or what, but we got bed bugs. I called the office immediately. They gave me a list of things to do to prepare for the apartment to be treated. They sent their pest control team out on 9/12/2023. kept calling the tow company and couldn’t get an answer so we called again and had to physically take the phone to the office to show they do answer and they made a face about taking the phone call. And they were calling a worker of the tow company and not the actual company. The pool has been really horrible for more then a week a frog even made a home in the pool that’s how dirty it is. Moved out early and gave them a 60 day notice like they wanted . Confirmed that all payments were paid so I can get on with my life. But now I have the debt collectors on my but telling me I still owe 2 thousand some odd dollars. Worst experience ever. A/C never worked. But when it did work, it only worked for a couple days before it broke again. I will never recommend this place. Now six months later they want proof of stuff that I had 6-8 months ago to get this settled. Really? REALLY!!!!!!

The apartment is dirty they just painted over the trash that was there. The lock was so horrible, it didnt even work. I went to the office and they said it wasn’t an emergency!!! Our safety isn’t an emergency don’t move in here when they can’t even give you a working lock or a ready apartment. They said we would get new carpet and they give us one with a huge stain on it. Current resident. Not happy with lynd, or its management. We currently have dumpster overflow... Had my car sand blasted by the landscape crew last month...waiting out my lease...ready to move..
I'm a current resident...I was told I would get a back splash updated apartment ect...well I got none of it. Wait my appliances are updated. Instead of replacing the cabinets they said we are going to sand them down. That never happened. My tub is chipping. The air hasn't worked since I moved in. I'm still waitin on the black splash (not going to hold my breath though). They only have one maintenance man who is really nice by the way but he can only do so much.
