THIS Community is a very clean mobile home park. Manager is always there to help you. I’ve been here over five years and have no complaints.
This place has been my home for almost 10 years. We love it here. Thanks to Jody for always helping us out. Anything we need she is always there to help. Everyone stays to themselves. The kids love playing outside with all their school friends.
Terrible management. They tow your vehicle even if your at your place . They literally scammed everyone thinking they were buying the mobile home but really they just been renting. Im glad I left this place keeps getting worse and worse. Turning into Harverdstock apartment that's down the street
As I first time buyer, we were very nervous to buy a home here. However, Jody made it a very easy, smooth, and pleasant experience and process! She kept us up to date and responded to all of my questions. We moved in 2 months ago and I have no complaints. There are restrictions to what’s allow and what isn’t (parking, having things outside etc) But that’s good because it helps the neighborhood stay nice and clean.
