Dr. Samuel and her Staff (Kim & Keona) are knowledgeable, compassionate, cheerfully optimistic and PATIENT. Dr. Samuel took the time to patiently answer all my questions and concerns. If you need a Neurologist, Dr. Samuel, Keona and Kim are your best choice! God bless you!
I had an amazing experience with Dr. Samuel! Doctors generally give you a few minutes of their time and immediately move on to the next patient. Dr. Samuel went through all my issues and took a lot of time to build a history of my issues to figure out potential issues. Then came up with some ideas of how I can work towards addressing them. Front staff was also super kind! Didn’t have to wait long at all for my appointment, and was able to quickly get checks done for any cost before I was seen.
Dr. Samuel is very thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She is very transparent.
Im a recent medical assistant graduate. I got a phonecall from Dr.Samuel which supposed to be an interview phonecall I’m assuming. She had an attitude the whole conversation as if I did something wrong. I didn’t like the way she talked to me for ex (tell me what u are good at and don’t say customer service because I don’t want to hear that).
