The office staff was nice. But I would most definitely not recommend Trinity North Dallas Neurology because of neurologist Elizabeth Samuel. I have some learning disabilities which makes it harder to explain stuff. Just say she doesn't know how to interact with patients with disabilities. Basically I didn't feel comfortable around her because of that and just how she does her job. I'm going to do the testing she ordered but I'm not going to have anymore appointments with her. Dr. Samuel and her staff are amazing. She's so caring and listens to all your needs. Highly recommend!
If I was able to give zero stars, that’s what I would give. I had my second appointment there today and the doctor asked me how a medication was working. I told her I never received it and she told me that she knows I received it because she documented it. In other words calling me a liar before the end of the appointment she was a little abrupt in her conversation and she repeated it again and let me know. If I could give - stars I would! This is my first encounter with this physician and her office. My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. I made it at 8:55 AM when I made it I checked in and they told me that I will have to pay a $250 deductible. Cool I asked the lady in the front, why wasn’t I told that before my appointment I schedule my appointment well beforehand for you to let me know not that it. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Samuel. She was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for her professional opinion regarding my blood work, she told me that I “shouldn’t be asking questions like that.” When I continued to seek clarification, she responded with, “How would I know?”—which is shocking coming from a physician.
