If I could give - stars I would! This is my first encounter with this physician and her office. My appointment was scheduled for 9 AM. I made it at 8:55 AM when I made it I checked in and they told me that I will have to pay a $250 deductible. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Elizabeth Samuel. She was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked for her professional opinion regarding my blood work, she told me that I “shouldn’t be asking questions like that.” When I continued to seek clarification, she responded with, “How would I know?”—which is shocking coming from a physician. My issue is handled professionally starting with my initial phone call, in person with her staff, then onto Dr. Samuel herself. Her concerned explorative questions gave her a clear view of how to go further with my issue. Her technique, as she went on with her craft, is personable and seasoned to say the least. I recommend.
Over the past several years, Dr. Samuel has provided me with the most excellent and comprehensive care. To say she changed my life is not an exaggeration. I have suffered with migraine headaches all my adult life. By the time I found Dr. Samuel, I was having many acute migraines each month. A serious recommendation to use ChatGPT for medical information was the final Red Flag for me and there were many many others. She did not respect my intelligence, refused to order typical lab tests, said she didn’t have time to talk about 200 pages of drug information, and failed to tell me any change would result in my license being suspended for 6 months. An overall unsavory experience.
