Dr. Samuel is very thorough, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. She is very transparent.
Im a recent medical assistant graduate. I got a phonecall from Dr.Samuel which supposed to be an interview phonecall I’m assuming. She had an attitude the whole conversation as if I did something wrong. I didn’t like the way she talked to me for ex (tell me what u are good at and don’t say customer service because I don’t want to hear that). Excellent personal care!
Don’t be fooled... Dr. Samuel made me feel heard and appreciated during the first appointment. She ordered an EEG and MRI. I immediately took the MRI orders and got the results back within a few days, as well as a copy of the CD before she was able to fit me in to her schedule for the EEG. She recommended waiting to go over the MRI results at the end of the EEG appointment. The morning of the EEG, the office called and said she had an emergency and canceled my appointment.
