Regular spa goer As far as I know, this spa has a new owner. They have more than 10 years of experience in manicure, pedicure, acrylic and such. The shop is cleaner than before. They have updated their selection of lacquers, including but not limited to shellac and gel colors. I had shellac done, and my hands looked so pretty! Many compliments from friends. I felt really pampered with their spa pedicure. I will definitely come back and recommend friends and relatives.

Disgusted & Disappointed. My sisters and I were frequent customers of this nail spa, however I find myself increasingly disappointed and disgusted at their fast decline in customer service. I went in just today and asked for a regular manicure, nothing fancy, just a manicure with a regular polish. The older lady did my nails and never said more then two words to me, she was talking to Billy the entire time. Clean, affordable, nails still on after 3 weeks I usually lift really bad and at 2 weeks I need a fill. Billy did my nails and they are not lifted at all after 3 weeks. They speak english and are very nice. I feel this is one of the cleanest places I have ever been. I went around noon and there was only a few people there. Techs that were not with anyone were cleaning.
