I have visited residents here and they all gave very positive comments about the facility and the staff.
Did my some of my clinical hours here and never again! Residents were great but facility smelled the aids didnt wear gloves or wash their hands. They left me alone with residents that I was unfamiliar with how they liked their care. It felt very unorganized and just not very welcoming or homey. Seriously stay away and find another facility for your family members please. We have several residents living in the facility I work at currently that moved from here and had bad experiences. This facility is under new management and is no longer Trinity Mission. The new company at this address is called Utah Valley Rehab and Healthcare Center. Stephanie, the director, has been excellent in helping me/my family transition our mother after she fell and fractured her spine - she has been in their care for 3 weeks and has no complaints. Worst facility I've ever seen. Horrible Managment. Horrible head of nursing. Horrible horrible horrible all around. Stay away!!!
Tried to call at 8 a.m. and no one answered the phone. Tried other times of the day and again, could not get an answer. I have a family member living there and it is frustrating that no one picks up the phone.
