Initially I was happy with my purchase from Trinity MG. But the after sales is disgraceful no customer service when trying to call service centre to ask a question. I feel the issue with this company is they are to big and don't have a phone service in each individual service area and only have the 1 line going to reception up in Earlville. I have been dealing with Trinity now since 2022 and things haven't got any better.
