Service department is absolutely abysmal. No-one answers the phones, it takes days for a message to be returned. One hand has no idea what the other is doing. There is no communication between staff/team, and very little communication between Trinity Auto and the customer. Would rather drive to Bowen to get my car serviced than return here.

My MG3 broke down on 18 January 2026 and was towed to Trinity MG Cairns. Despite being told I would receive updates, communication was extremely poor and many calls and texts I sent went unanswered. After over a month, I was finally told the engine and transmission both require replacement. My car has now been with them for nearly two months, leaving me without a vehicle and causing significant hardship as I rely on my car to commute to work as a teacher.
