From the moment I spoke with Dominique I felt welcome. After driving 3500klm, a service was needed. Jose kept me updated and service price was as advised. Thank you team, very happy and will be back in 10K.
I took my car into be serviced on the 29th October. One of the technicians broke a part on my vehicle, so MG are having to get tge part from China, as supposedly not available in Australia. You would think that Trinity MG would have got the part flown over, but no I think it's coming by a Chinese Junk.. it will be 5 weeks next Wednesday. Then they will have to service my MG. They had the decency to provide me with a loan car, but I would rather have my own car.
Marley was extremely patient and pleasant to work with, fantastic service!
