Had to find a location of a close family friend thanks to Anna Gilliam was able to find the right section in under 10 minutes the employees here are incredible they care for you and your needs
I would like to say Thank you to ANN GILLIAM what a wonderful, CARING LADY. She made the hardest thing I ever had to do very pleasant in a weird way. I had to bury my my baby girl, she was not a baby but she was my baby. WE NEED MORE PEOPLE IN THIS WORLD Like "ANN GILLIAM" she was wonderful very caring and professional. She even called me to check and see how I was holding up and if I needed anything. I know my daughter Alexis N. Thomas is in great hands....Thank you again Ann Gilliam toy are a great asset.....�

I have both my parents buried there and and a third plot for my brother as well. I just recently have dealt with Anna Gilliam for my father's burial as well as the pre-planning for my brother and she was wonderful. Couldn't have asked for more information and compassion from her.
I was told at the time my family ordered my sons headstone it would take 4 to 6 weeks to come in and would then have to be inspected by groundskeeper and the sales rep that placed the order before being placed. I called for update around the 6 week time frame and then she said it takes 8 to 12 weeks to come in. Now after visiting again yesterday I was told it is in but it now has to be inspected by the groundskeeper and the director before it can be placed. Pathetic. My sister passed on Dec 1, 2016. Today would have been her 40th birthday. Her fiancé went to put flowers on her grave and you could not even see the gravesite!!!! Sent pics to Trinity Memorial; hope they reply. Smart of them not to all you to post pics in reviews. Wish I could post them here for you all to see!!! Heart wrenching!!!
It was awful to visit my father's final resting place and see the headstone that we paid so much for, severely scratched up, tarnished and badly sinking into the ground. His vase holder was so full of grass clippings that it wouldn't close. Heartbreaking!
