I've been with the practice since she opened. I've never had an issue. Yes, I see the PA and I am okay with that. If I NEED to see Dr. Potempa for something, I can get in to see her with no issue. The staff is kind and caring. They aren't intimidated by knowledgeable patients. They want you to take an active part in your own health care.

I like Elisabeth Allen the nurse practitioner. She answered all of my questions. Spent time with me to get to know what is important to me and offered insight on vaccines. I thought she was very courteous and thorough.

This office does not even deserve one star. I’ve never been treated so horrible. Dr. Elizabeth Allen is judgmental and rude. Don’t waste your time.
