How is it that I have to sit and wait more than an hour for an appointment I made over a week ago. Ridiculous. They obviously double up
I have been attending this practice for years now. Doctors are busy and appointments are short like most practices. Always find the girls on the front desk polite and responsive.
tried calling them to let them know I was going to be late, they just hung up on me without answering the call . . never going to this practice again, hanging up on a patient trying to tell you they're going to be late is not proper patient care and from what I understand, they'd mark me as unattended if I'm not there when the doctor expects me
NP Mack is amazing! Very caring and thorough and runs well on schedule
Ive needed a regular practitioner and have trust issues. Ever since I started seeing NP Mack I have felt more comfortable going to see someone on a regular basis. With Mack's help and support my blood pressure is now alot better then it has been in ages. I'm starting to feel more comfortable and healthy overall all. Thankyou.
