I made appointment for 550 got stuck in traffic. Tried to ring no one answered. Get to the surgery at 6 o’clock. The doors were locked and they still billed me $20 fee. This is unacceptable and then when I rang them today they didn’t wanna hear my case they said you’re paying the fee regardless.Then they just hung up on me, not happy 😡
Unfortunately bad experience today. Waited for over 1 hour in waiting room with my wife. The doctor overlooked that we were waiting around the corner from reception desk. Didn't bother to check that we were there after calling my wife's name.
I have been seeing Mack Madahar at Trinity medical centre Port Adelaide for years now and can highly recommend him. In particular over the last couple of years with severe back issues its been so helpful being able to get phone consults quickly when I have needed advice and pain relief and have been unable to drive. I have been happy with the specialists he has referred me to. He has done care plans for me which have given me some free visits to physio, chiro and exercise physiologist.
