I can't say anything good about this place, pretty much forced me into doing a treadmill stress test because the doctor did not stipulate I was a dialysis patient and my mobility was limited when he or she put the order in, and I can barely make it up the stairs into my house most days, mocked me on the phone into tears telling me I was refusing the stress test instead of accepting the fact that I couldn't do it physically, and hereby adding delays to my progress of kidney transplant and pd cath placement by extending the wa... read more
Absolutely unprofessional and "subtle" racist admin associates. Thry don't know what they are doing. Messed up my appontments multiple times, sent me "no-show" bill when they messed up my schedule, THEY DIDN'T LET ME TALK TO THE MANAGER, DODGED CALLS AND KEPT ME HOLD FOR SEVERAL HOURS SO THAT THEY WON'T HAVE TO PROCEED.
Dr. Parai is a delight. He is efficient and very knowledgeable each visit I have with him. I appreciate a doctor who shows genuine care for their patients and isn’t just trying to get us in and out. Very great doctor and the rest of the staff is also very kind and personable. I have no complaints about my visit at this facility
