I was told I needed heart surgery by a different Dr for my coronary artery so I decided I wanted a 2nd opinion before jumping into something so serious. Dr Parai was very professional, easy to talk to and attentive to our needs and questions, very pleased to have someone kind and patient tend to my moms medical needs.

I like Trinity and the staff seems amazing when I go into the office. My problem is that when I call whomever answers the telephone seems like I'm bothering them and they are just there and they have to deal with you. Why? . I can choose other places to go. This is not a way to treat your patient that keeps you in business. This is what I always get when I call in especially the MA line. If you don't like your job there are other ones out there.
