Constant med issues every 3 months and unnecessary stress for a heart patient. They lie in med charts. They do not know how to do pre auth for brilinta. Generic meds were always fine. Pre auth for name brand brilinta never went through on time and pharmacy would notify patient to call doctor because it couldn't get filled and they were still waiting on doctor that they have been reaching out to for days. So every 3 months when the brilinta needs refilling I've had to go with delay in medication bcuz she doesnt do pre auth. My pharmacy calls me and says we haven't filled it bcuz ur doctor still didnt pre auth it. Then call them and remind them to their job. Then so lazy instead of getting pre auth they just send a 6 month supply of generic form Im allergic too. Had to wait weeks to get Brilinta back. Now 3 months later still cant fill the Brilinta bcuz her 6 month of generic is still tripping the insurance to refill it. Been ... read more
