This doctor is currently withholding my access to my life-saving antidepressants because I refuse to pay them another $95 on top of what I've already paid them just so I can regain access to the meds I've been on for over 5 years now. Have been going to TMA for years. In the beginning they were great. Slowly the staff became incredibly stupid. Rude and uncaring. Also the office seems to be a clearinghouse for specialists. The NA I spoke with last visit basically told me to go to a specialist. Why am I payng them only to send me somewhere else. Sometimes a specialist is necessary but I guess it makes room for new patients. I have cancelled all future appointments and will not go back.
I have been a patient there for almost 4 years. I'm considering leaving the practice. There are no such things as emergency appointments. Six days ago I was finally seen by my NP. He prescribed antibiotics for a bladder infection. Yesterday I called back to report I was still sick. I was told that she would send a note to my Dr and will call me back after she hears from him.
