If possible to leave 0 stars I would. I am a contractor who works for various management companies. A unit flooded ours out. Management was notified and unresponsive for over 48hrs. Day 5 now- HOA has refused to do anything. HOA (LINDA) stated to tenant “she is too busy to help”. Multiple owners have contacted them and still nothing. HOA is positively the worst I have seen in 20+ years of working/contracting/GC work. I would stay far far far away.
