Unwilling to give tenets that are effected by the covid 19 pandemic any kind of help on rent.. guess they don’t care about anything but their money!! Do not rent from this company!!!
Everything was great until I decided to buy a house. At which point they started getting very uncomfortable about timelines that I was giving them for closing. As a result, I paid for an extra half month just to satisfy all concerned parties. They kept that along with the deposit. Charging me an outrageous premium for rendered services after my residence there expired. Things that should be done anyway, between tenants. I knew I should not have paid for that extra half month. RecommendedAs the landlord of a rental property, I highly recommend Trinity for property management! They are extremely knowledgeable and have really gone above and beyond for me.
We have rented a property from Trinity Management for over a year. Today I locked myself out of the house. I didn’t know what to do. I reached out to Trinity Management out of desperation. Dawn selflessly came to our property and unlocked the door. I am thankful for the above and beyond customer service.
If I could give zero stars I would but its not an option. We cleaned the house we rented from them from top to bottom. Base boards to ceiling fans! no damage. cut grass. everything! and they kept our deposit and had the nerve to bill us more! we paid our rent on time every month for 2 years and this is how they treat us. BEWARE! THEY ARE CROOKS! we never even called maintenance, fixed everything ourselves. I don't know how they sleep at night doing this to people! Worse rental company EVER....made up all kind of bull to keep from giving us our deposit back...saying things like we are responsible to change parts on a stove that is for the apartment and charged us for the oven light because it was burnt and it's an OLD stove and many other things...I would NOT recommend this company to my worst enemy much less friends and family
