I love living here because it’s incredibly peaceful, with my apartment overlooking a mini redwood forest between the buildings. The on-site team stands out: Mike, the maintenance supervisor, is fantastic, reliable and always ready to help. Lived here for a year. Laundry, dryers, broken most of the year. Packages, lost and stolen. Even with pushback management couldn’t be bothered to put up a security camera to curb the stealing. It would be ok if the rent was cheap, but it wasn’t. $2500 for an unrenovated 1bed 1ba, which is not cheap for 2018 (when my boyfriend moved in). Location ok though. Overall do not recommend
I've lived in my fair share of apartments, and this property is not without it's issues from time to time, but overall, my experience living there for 5+ years was amazing. I only moved to relocate for personal reasons. Mabel helped me move in and was wonderful to work with throughout my stay. Anything I needed, she was there with ideas and to just listen.
