I would give them zero stars if I could. They are absolutely terrible and have regressed in the 2.5 years I've lived there. They are ALWAYS understaffed and think you supposed to care. Everything takes long to repair and there is ALWAYS something that needs repairing. The pest issue is out of control. The building is unsafe. There's 24 hour security but they don't do their jobs. If I could leave zero stars, then I would. My husband was attacked by a machete on a **** OWNED SIDEWALK, and *** on Trinitys property. However, they pulled a ****, fast move and initiated the eviction process WITHOUT even calling us into the office and ******* there being a city ban and moratorium on *** EVICTIONS due to the ************** and state ban and moratorium on evictions .
