Do not lease with them. You will be harassed by property manager and they will constantly abuse their access rights and calling corporate to report the harassment doesn’t do anything. The property manager is allowed to do whatever he wants even if it’s against the landlord and tenant act. I’ve been harassed for over a month and made repeated reports and still no results. Awesome building
Everything was good for the first 2 and 1/2 years. Then these new people bought the property and put this toxic person in charge as property manager. It's gone rapidly downhill from there. I may consider moving if things don't improve
