Recently I found myself in need of a new lawn service and Trinity came highly recommended to me. John was professional and kind via the telephone. We made arrangements for him to come out to my home (at my convenience) to give me an estimate and to set up bi-monthly service. The process was seamless, the service is excellent and I’m happy I called!
Trinity Lawn & Landscape exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented. If I could give negative stars I would. This is a terrible company. The people are reckless causing damage to the property multiple times and always refuse to take responsibility for the issues they cause. Use at your own risk. Our recent damage is now going to cost thousands of dollars.
They take care of my property excellent! No complaints. And very affordable!
Service was okay - communication very poor Had hired them to do an initial "freshen up" of yard and landscaping for our home we were putting on market plus continued lawn cuts biweekly throughout the selling process Initial scope of work happened as planned on the first day of schedule After the first day of higher cost work was completed, it went down hill from there.
